| 'Check asking prices and valuations on Zoopla.' Nigel, I have been in the house flogging racket for 35+++ years and I can tell you checking your property 'valuation' on Zoopla is the worst thing you can do. The figures they quote can be light years out! I don't make recommendations of specific agents but I would suggest popping into three or four local agents and having a face to face chat about your circumstances and property and then maybe followed up by a home visit from the agents you felt comfortable with. |
