| There was a review of the local property market in this week's ChiswickW4.com newsletter which might cast more light on why your house didn't sell. There were some issues in the second half of last year which affected houses as opposed to flats e.g. stamp duty changes and mansion tax so house prices (narrowly defined) dipped while flat prices in W4 continued to rise. A couple of agents have made comments in the article which seem to make reasonable sense. |
