You could write to your managing agent and ask them to remove it, but I suspect that subletting of a space isn't allowed as per the TP1 covering your estate. Normally these spaces are only leased, not owned, hence the 'no subletting' rule is applied. If the managing agent will play ball, they are legally allowed to apply to the DVLA for address details of the owner. |
