I think the first step is sorting out your sleep pattern, Apple, it doesn't look good from what you posted earlier and that is by far the likeliest explanation.   We all differ hugely in the amount of sleep required.   I can get by for a few days on 5 hours but really need between 6 and 7 hours of unbroken sleep and if I don't get it for a few nights in a row I start to feel ghastly.

Then look at your diet.  Is it really healthy?  No junk food?  Not too much alcohol, or coffee or tea after 5 pm that might stop you sleeping?  Carbs are good in the evening - they make you sleepy - but not during the day.  Minerals and vitamins - are you getting enough?  Magnesium is a good sleep promoter.

And weight - is your weight normal?  Are you getting a LOT of good exercise?  That is usually the best promoter of nightime sleep.  When I have done a few miles walk with the doggies we all sleep pretty well!

Start with the basics and only if all those really don't work start looking further in the direction the previous posts suggest. I'd try a dietician in the first instance if you are not sure if your diet is healthy enough.
