8GB RAM of which the Intel graphics will use up to 2MB is more than enough for good Office performance.

£150 is around three times the price of a current Radeon R7 250 and would buy you at least another 4GB of RAM on the PC to make things really fast.

The difference in price BTW between an i5 4590 and 4690 is only around £10.

If you have budgeted for another £150 for the graphics card you could, I stress could, go for an i7 processor, but this would be overkill for the overwhelming majority of Office tasks.
