| It sounds as though you could do a good job of imparting this knowledge yourself, Joe. One thing a friend of mine did was to teach her daughter to cook a small range of cheap but nutritious meals (no doubt largely pasta and rice based) so that she could at least eat well and hopefully be less inclined to go for the old take-aways which can get rather expensive. |
