| Online agents seem to work very well for the rental market if you do your own viewings and contracts. I think you have to be careful when it comes to Sales as you may loose out if you under value the price. I am starting to see a few fixed price offers from agents, I think there is one online agent advertising a fixed price deal on TV but they won't have the local knowledge if your property as a little different. |
