I use microwave heated wheat bags as I'm worried water bottles will burst! Its hard to find wheat bags without lavender in them but it is possible. You have to put up with a strong wheat smell the first few times but they are wonderful and I feel that they stay warmer longer than a hot water bottle.
The other thing you can get are microwaveable pads to keep kittens and puppies warm which stay warm for up to 12 hours but as they start to harden after a while they might not suit unless its to keep a bed warmer. |
