or known to me as the damp patch on an inside wall next to a disused fireplace that just won't shift. I've been told it's pretty much impossible to get rid of, and the solution is to apply plasterboard over it (but with a gap allowing the wall to breathe) and decorate over that. Has anyone had any experience of getting this kind of problem sorted? New Year's resolution to get things around the house fixed! |
