For future reference, a reliable rule of thumb is that the collection is delayed by one day for each bank holiday, and recovered by one day for each Saturday, since your last normal collection.  So for your Monday collection there have been two holidays and one Saturday, making it net one day late.

The only time this hasn't worked was when the then Tory administration in LBH decided to save a day's overtime for the binmen by simply abandoning the collection that would've been on Christmas Day.
