0.5 out of 4 is probably a reading of "bar" where 1bar is normal atmospheric pressure. If so 0.4 is low - very low if it is 0.4 when the system is hot. It should be above 1.0 when cold, say 1.2. When the system is hot it will rise sharply to about 2.0. |
