Guy - from what I remember, Virgin Records began as a mail order business and only opened their shops when a postal strike threatened to put them out of business. I do remember them equipping their shops with headphones and bean bags to recline on when listening to the likes of Pink Floyd and the other Progressive bands of the era. Those were the days ! |
