Keith a hand held whisk is all you need to cream the sugar and butter but fold in flour , eggs etc.. With a wooden spoon. Beat the eggs using the whisk prior to adding to the flour. You probably don't need to spend more than £20 max. My whisk has lasted more than twenty years and I do a lot of cooking ! |
