| And why are they taking all the single black bags out of the wheelie bins and throwing them in the back of the truck? We were told they weren't allowed to do this for Elf and Safety reasons which is why we have been forced to use a huge bin rather than put a single black bag out.. somebody at Hounslow Council Recycling Dept is telling porkies! |
