Now there is a man in high viz clothing (presume he's from council/sita)going down the road moving all the wheelie bins to just inside each persons gate, blocking their entrances/exits. If someone gets hurt tripping over these wheelie bins will it be the home-owners who get sued for having dangerously placed wheelie bins? |
