| It's all rotten though, because of the lack of precision in the word "affordable". So if affordable is 80% of market rent/prices then it's not affordable to an average earner. If affordable is OK for the average earner then LendLease will threaten to drop the whole thing as they claim there's no money in it. Mind you, if the expensive 'affordable' accommodation has it's own pauper door I wonder how they sell it to the target market. |
