So are they going to collect what I recycle every week - ie rotting food, if they are not going to collect the rest more than once a fortnight? Doubt it. I already put bottles, cardboard, paper etc in the various containers, what goes in the black bags are perishables which will, within a week, rot, smell, and attract rats etc. |
