This is all part and parcel of LBH giving them grief for having chairs and tables outside. They used to have benches permanently there, that were not in anyone's way and could not be easily stolen.
While rubbish piles up on CHR, our champions of the community at LBH decided one fine evening, to issue a fine for leaving the benches out - there's been benches there for years with no issues, but hey ho, easy money for LBH it seems. This then necessitated replacing the benches with chairs and tables that could be brought in every night. They've proved a bit too portable though and someone has run off with them.
No winning for a small bistro trying to earn a crust. |
