Good to hear someone else on here appreciating the wonderful Richard Charteris. The church is also a theatre. And if there's one thing we need from our bishops (other than no convictions for child molesting) it's a magnificent voice. Charteris is the Laurence Olivier of British religion. As opposed to the hopeless Justin Welby who wouldn't get a walk-on part on Southend pier... |
