Leslie, nice to see a rare contribution from you to one of the threads you started. Thanks for the radical idea, but as your headers are often not particularly clear what the cut-and-paste is going to be about (this one being something of a case in point) it is necessary to read it to find out whether or not it is relevant to me. After all, the Lamborghini Socialist could have been a Chiswick resident or holding a book signing at Chiswick Waterstones.
