| We stayed overnight at Days Inn, in the Charnock Richard service area on the M6. Guess what...a ticket arrived a few days later. We had been photographed in and out, and they (Parking Eye) want £60....ha ha! They are still pursuing it, but the hotel says they will tell the Parking company to stop...but they haven't yet. We'll wait and see. There is an appeal body, POPLA, who presumably will see sense, if it gets that far. In the meantime I'm keeping a log of time and will raise an invoice on Parking Eye in due course, with litigation to follow. |
