| I was once seduced by an offer from Talk Talk who then proceeded to overcharge me and try and renege on the deal. Thankfully they managed to alienate me in time for me to cancel the contract and walk away. Plusnet are miles better. Their customer services are UK based and they were helpful and efficient on the rare occasions I have called them. |
