Tony You poor little munchkin finding yourself in the badlands of Acton,  did your sat nav go on the blink?  Did you have no idea what Morrisons was like?  Why venture into such a nasty shop?  Ocado do home delivery you know,  ever so handy. Chiswick is indeed blessed with many wonderful pubs and restaurants,  the river and brimming with prams accordingly I think you are a tad out of kilter with the demographics of nappy valley. Should you have the misfortune to somehow in error find yourself in the environs of Acton High Street might I suggest you put a brave face on it and venture a smidgen more north to Churchfield Rd and you will feel quite at home in Angela Malik,  Lavelli,  English Butchers,  The Park Club etc and may bump into the odd middle class person,  along with the not so middle class....variety is the spice of life. Oh and perhaps you and other posters might like to do the quick survey regarding an Arts Centre in Acton,  who knows if it goes ahead you may wish to venture back,  willingly www.oldlibraryacton.co.uk
