I'm not entirely convinced that the design prepared for the Council by Urban Initiatives actually shows the Gateway Tower. If it does then perspective is used to give a grossly misleading picture. On the other hand if the building on the Octopus site is the Octopus then than the B&Q development only looks as though it will be low double digit storeys high. It would still be huge even so - probably bigger in total than the Brentford Stadium enabling development. |
