| I have a thermostatic valve that is boxed in and behind a curtain and consequently the radiator is turning off as the valve is sensing the heat in the boxed in section. My question is where is the sensor in this type of valve. The valve will screw off and I can leave in fully open position but is the heat sensor in valve head I have removed or in the remaining attached section. If I remove the valve the pin would be up in fully open position. |
