It would be good if more businesses took a pride in making sure that their frontage was clear as it makes their businesses more inviting to visit. I saw a shopkeeper sweeping their frontage the other day (not Chiswick) but have seen it happening it Chiswick. I too have been in and asked who was responsible for the rubbish sitting outside a business premises (not Metro Bank). I agree with Jeni that more of us should be doing that. We've noticed. It is antisocial and everybody should be more responsible for their own waste instead of just expecting "Them*" to magick it away or complaining that "They*" haven't taken it. So you'll have to expect to ask "Who?"! * The Rubbish Fairies I presume. |
