| Davorka, I know withholding council tax seems like a good idea now, but it can get you in all sorts of trouble.I know, I tried it when we were having trouble with our bin collections.Hounslow have obviously worked out that this is our ultimate sanction and have got it covered at every turn.Try just suggesting you might withold council tax and see the barrage of threatening letters that arrive, it's untrue.I'm afraid you will have to take a different route if you don't want to end up in serious trouble.It was easy with the rubbish, I just dumped all my bin bags at the civic centre.You may have trouble doing the same with lampposts |
