Not that this applies to claire but i've noticed people computers have slowed down over time due to lack of maintenance on a weekly or monthly basis. By simply cleaning your registry and doing a defrag will help keep your pc running. Also some people have so much unnecessarily programs running in the background from bootup. And remember that when you uninstall a program through windows add and remove it does not fully remove everything associated with it and over time all these things contribute to a pc slowing down. Closing down programs from boot up that are not needed and doing a registry clean which will remove unassociated files and defrag will help you keep your computer running how you like it to be a lot longer.
