Hello david ,no ,not at all.....just the human body has its own agenda doesnt it.... and nature takes time,take professional footballers and say a hamstring ,they have all the time and all the treatments in the world but it will probably take the same amount of time to cure it,if you left it alone ,or not by much anyway allways a few weeks,

Sorry it came across cynically.
