Hi apple ,ive had more injuries through sport than you can throw a stick at ,and nature is nature you can deffo help nature along without a doubt but it will still take its course ,and a knee injury plus the OP will have to still run on that knee to keep his fitness for this marathon,all im saying is it will be hard for anyone to make much difference,IMHO,
