| Apparently, China, Japan, Russia, Venezuela and Haiti have all accused America of creating Earthquakes. It’s claimed that many earthquakes in recent years were preceded by colourful disruptions in the atmosphere characteristic of HAARP. There’s some great information out there. It’s also claimed that some hurricanes are being steered. Remember hurricane Katrina that took a strange path and struck New Orleans, and the government left the people to die?
