Outlook is trying to retrieve and send mail for an account which is no longer valid.

You can safely delete this account in Outlook. Nigel Brooks is wrong to say there is a risk of you losing all your emails - they will be stored under your user profile in an account probably called Outlook.pst and all sent and received emails will remain visible on Outlook unless you delete them individually.

You will need to set up the new account details for which you will need the account log in, password,outgoing and incoming mail servers. If it is BT and they have switched from POP3 to IMAP I'd be amazed if they haven't sent you instructions on how to change.
