You are on BT aren't you? It has happened since BT switched from POP3 to IMAP mail servers and is bloody annoying (pardon me). You can reconfigure Outlook but you risk losing all of your mails, so back them up first. You need to delete and re-build your Outlook profile, Google this depending on which version of Outlook you have. Or, simply log in via BT WebMail once in a while which 'cures' the problem for up to a month at a time. |
