They have replaced the deck but what has been done about the support steelwork, which is the structure of this ugly thing? Have they assessed how corroded it is? I see no signs that they have done any renovation of the steelwork. This appears to be a structure due for replacement. With pre-fabrication and planning it could have been replaced in the same time as this deck job. |
