| "Finally, why was this all left for so long?" It seems there have been lengthy legal wrangles about who owns the waterfront/river - I posted a link on Brentford TW8 yesterday. The (as far as I know) legal boats in the mouth of the River Brent/canal also add to the gaiety of life without for the most part being an eyesore (nor I assume dumping sewage in the river) |
