Hi Stephen - you can get "Gruhn's Guide to Vintage Guitars" from Amazon in a softback pocket edition for £10.99, which appears to be cheaper than anywhere else.  My copy seems to indicate that your guitar was made between 1970-1972 (page 178) but as our American cousins say, whaddo I know?  The book is an anorak's delight and appears to be very comprehensive, but light reading, it isn't!  Hope this helps a little at least.
