| I had one issued at the same car park in January. I had it cancelled by the last of the three stores I visited....The first time they cancelled it VCS either ignored the instruction or hadn't noted it correctly so they became quite aggressive. Eventually I went back to the store taking the initial letter of notification of fine and they again called VCS who then sent me a letter advising that the charge had been cancelled. Do not bother to waste your time, money, energy calling VCS to discuss the fine. They are totally robotic in their approach. If you don't pay they will pester you and threaten you BUT (and the store manager verified this at the time) they cannot enforce the fine.
