| Hello all, I renewed my resident car parking online two weeks ago, but haven't received anything and my parking is going to run out next week. I contacted Ealing council but they only have automated phone system and I couldn't talk to anyone on phone. Emailed them but it takes up to 10 working days for them to reply and I cannot wait that long. Not sure what happened, could be that the parking sticker was lost in the mail. In any case, I really need to sort this out asap. Has anyone have similar experience? I am thinking to take a day off from work and actually going to the council to sort this out. If I do, would I be able to talk to anyone? |
