| Unlikely to get your appeal upheld I'd have thought - PATAS determine whether the PCN was issued correctly ( and from what you've said it sounds like it was) - and even if they expressed any sympathy to your predicament I reckon the most they'd do for you is ask the council if they'd still let you pay the reduced rate - if I were you I'd take the reduced penalty. Sorry. |
