If your two adult visitors are doing the "usual tourist stuff", they might want to take advantage of the 2-for-1 promotion from National Rail companies*. Basically this gives 2-for-1 entry to many tourist attractions if you have travelled to London by a National Rail train or have valid tickets (such as a Travelcard) issued by a National Rail ticket office. This means that a 7-day Travelcard issued by a National Rail ticket office would be eligible for the discounts, even if you used it to travel by Tube. (Note that a Travelcard loaded on to an Oyster card, or issued by a Tube or London Overground ticket office is NOT eligible for the 2-for-1 deal). * See http://www.daysoutguide.co.uk/ |
