| No changes to hedges, just resurfacing. The surface was completely gone in large patches down to the hard core and deteriorating rapidly. It was becoming difficult to continue holding the market, as the surface presented a worsening trip hazard. Money not coming from Highways budget and if it hadn't been done we would likely have had to stop holiding the market there. We asked for the work to be timed for now as the market had to close for the 10th anyway, for the bike ride. |
