| Thanks' for your reply Paul. I hope you're right about the hedges as it does not seem that obvious to me. I can just imagine some jobsworth thinking it would look 'neater' and be cheaper to maintain to replace hedges with chain link fencing for example. I also have to say the surface of this comparatively little area would not come before some of the third world surfaces found on Chiswick's pavements & roads but hey, what's new? |
