| Hi Sean I am very saddended to hear that you didnt recieve great service or enjoy your food with us last week. You are right, you should have recieved cutlery as soon as you ordered your food. We have now reviewed our table service outside at The City Barge when it is sunny. Going forward we will be offering full table service on both the terrace and riverside so that no future guests experience the same issue. I am also very disappointed to hear that your food was not up to our usual high standard. Again, you are right, the steak should have been cooked perfectly and also flavoursome. The chef and I have reviewed the cut and supplier in light of your comments. We are also reviewing the broad bean mousse. With regards to the crabacado burger, as our signature dish - should represent great value and also be delicious. The Head Chef and I are using your feedback in a kitchen briefing this evening. We are confident that this will ensure no future guests experience a similar issue. We are still only two weeks old, so your feedback is really valued and we look forward to improving over the coming weeks.
