| Hi Susan Thank you for your feedback and I am really disappointed that you didnt have a great experience with us last night. It certainly sounds like we didnt look after you to our usual high standards. You are right, the lobster should have been cooked perfectly and been an ample portion. The Head Chef and I have reviewed the lobster today and will be ensuring that no other guests experience a similar issue. If at all possible, please could you send me a personal email address so we can send you a fuller response.
