| I tend to agree with Chris that 6 months while you go abroad is one thing - years of letting a property decay is quite another. I also appreciate that some tenants are less than circumspect when it comes to someone elses property. The fact remains we have enough properties to go a long way to housing the people that need homes and nobody does anything about it. |
