| I was on the District Line at Gunnersbury going to TG. It was 10 mins at the station and didn't move, with no announcement from the driver. I then looked at the app, and it said District Line service suspended due to signal failure at Gunnersbury. I then new it would be ages before engineers turn up. Everyone on the train was in the dark. I got off and tapped on the driver's window; he got up and opened his door, and I told him, in so many words, how about letting people know what's going on. Since that day, I check the TFL live app status even before I set off to travel |
