| Deliveries are once again failing to meet obligations. Last Friday two magazines from different publishers distributed as "First Class" mail to arrive on Friday were not delivered on Friday (before the weather really deteriorated) or Saturday. I am not holding my breath for today. The "contact us" page on their website suggests using a phone number which on Friday afternoon helpfully advised me of a one hour wait to be answered. Has anyone else had such problems recently? |
