| Tragic that a fire has wiped out the wonderful Falafel stall on Chiswick High Road, opposite Boots. They had only just received approval from LBH to continue trading; apparently they have to renew the licence, every 2 years? The owners serve wonderful falafel, in wraps or in lunch boxes. They are both really friendly and kind. One of the high street food outlets, in permanent premises in CHR, had objected to the presence of the stall, albeit they are a long way from one another. Several people wrote to LBH, supporting the falafel stall and, thankfully, their trading licence was renewed. We have to keep on the alert for the next time that the licence comes up for renewal. Supposing, that is, that they can afford to buy a new stall and get back in business on CHR. I do hope they can! |
