| It's always annoyed me when people set up their private business in our public parks and presumably pay nothing for the privilege, such as keep fit and exercise trainers who encourage their clients to lean on trees or pull at them with elastic bands. I'm also in two minds about private schools taking over chunks of our parks for 'games' and 'PE' for their pupils, presumably because they don't have enough space on their own site. But maybe they pay a fee? Or maybe not? |
