| I was horrified to hear a radio presenter musing over whether he should change the tog on his duvet. Wearing skin tight jeans or cords, not turning the mattress topper onto its summer side, still wearing vests and woollen shirts - all things which just make you hotter in hot weather - but why change the habits of a lifetime - when some simple adjustments can make life much more comfortable and reduce the amount of electricity you need to be comfortable. |
